Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase an e-gift card (to email or print out) or you can order a physical gift card. Gift cards are available in denomations of $10 to $1000.

Do you buy sports memorabilia?

We are not a sports memorabilia shop so we don't regularly buy or appraise items. But if you have a retro apparel item or sports art please email us photos at hello(at)thesportgallery.com.

What is The SPORT Gallery?

The "SPORT" in The SPORT Gallery refers to the historic and iconic SPORT magazine—the first general-interest sports magazine launched in 1946. We are the exclusive representative of the SPORT magazine archive and our concept the eras we represent (40s, 50s, 60s, 70s) align with the rich history of the magazine.

Shipping

What are your delivery times?

All in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. We ship all of our orders via Canada Post. You'll see estimated time for delivery at checkout, based on your delivery address. Please note that special order, pre-order, backorder, or custom prints will take longer to ship.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 in Canada and $250 CAD in the USA. Other flat rate shipping prices are available for orders under those amounts. See our shipping page for pricing breakdown by shipping location.

What countries do you ship to?

All orders ship from Canada. We ship to most countries via regular post. Please see our shipping page for more details. Once you hit the checkout you'll see shipping options for your country.

My Order

How can I cancel my order?

Please email us in reply to your order confirmation to cancel your order. Please note once your order is processed it can no longer be cancelled. We can sometimes begin processing orders within 30 minutes.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

Upon placing your order, you will receive an e-mail notification thanking you for your order. Check your junk mail folder. If you do not receive this notice contact us to verify that the order has been processed.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a second e-mail notification. If you do not receive this email you can track your order on our website with your order tracking number.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?

In rare instances packages can be lost or damaged in transit. But no worries. All our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a damaged product or the wrong product, just contact us within 48 hours of the delivery and we’ll arrange for a replacement if the item is in stock, or a refund.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?

Orders can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days after receiving the order. Please note that we DO NOT offer refunds. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Can I exchange a gift?

Yes, if you have received a gift you may exchange/return it for credit or for another product. You will have to cover shipping charges to return the item. Once the item has been returned to us in its original condition your credit will be processed. You can also return the item in store at our Toronto (Distillery District) location.

Can I bring back an item purchased online in-store?

Of course! Just bring a copy of your original order confirmation and the item back in its original condition with tags attached. Our in-store team will complete the exchange in store. You can bring it back for exchange for another item or size or get a gift card that never expires to use in the future online or in-store.
