The 1970's found most Major League Ballparks converting to plastic seats from wood. This product is crafted from the old, wooden seats. Due to the age of the wood and uniqueness of the seats, no two products will be exactly the same. The painted surfaces may be multicolored due to layers of paint.
Additional Product Information
The Cleveland Indians played in Municipal Stadium in 1932 and 1933. From 1933 to 1947 they only played select weekend and holiday games here when crowds were too large for the cross-town League Park. In 1954 Municipal Stadium held 85,000 fans for a game against the Yankees. Six years later, Ted Williams hit his 500th in Municipal Stadium. In 1993 the Indians played their last home game at the Stadium at which Bob Hope, an Indians fan and previous part-owner, performed. Three years later, the stadium was demolished.
