Holiday Orders Shipping Deadlines 2024

See below for our guidelines for shipping cut-offs for delivery by Dec 24. Due to the Canada Post strike, there are some changes to our delivery system this year. We are shipping orders outside of Toronto via UPS. Due to this we are unable to show estimated delivery dates at checkout. We are also unable to ship to PO boxes or locations that UPS does not deliver to. 

U.S.A and International Orders are shipping via DHL with no delays.

The below dates apply to in-stock items. Special order, print orders, and backorder items are will take longer to ship.

Orders in Toronto and the GTA ship via Trexity and Mile1. If you see one of these options at checkout these will arrive quickly.

USA and International Orders

International orders ship via DHL from Toronto, ON, M5A 3C4. For the most accurate delivery times please check the DHL site for estimated delivery time and add 3 business days for order processing.

Eastern US: Order by Friday, December 13th at 11:00AM EST.

Western US: Order by Wednesday, December 10th at 11:00AM EST.

International: Order by Wednesday, December 10th at 11:00AM EST.

The above dates apply to all in-stock items. Backordered and special order items may need additional time—we will contact you if your item is not in stock.

Print Orders: Most of our prints are made to order. If you are looking to purchase a print for December 25 please call or email us in order to choose a print that is in stock.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not the shipping carriers and we cannot guarantee delivery in case of weather delays or other issues with shipping carriers. The above deadlines are based on estimated shipping times by shipping carriers.
