Shipping policy
We ship all orders from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you're local, choose from in-store pickup, local delivery, or free shipping via Purolator. We ship across Canada via Purolator for free for orders over $100 (before taxes and after any discount, excludes framed prints and large artwork).
Shipping & Delivery Liability Policy
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery has been confirmed through the carrier’s proof of delivery.
We recommend ensuring that your shipping address is secure and that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. If you are concerned about package security, please consider requesting signature confirmation or delivering to a secure location.
If you experience an issue with a delivered package, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigation.
IN-STORE PICKUP - TORONTO (DISTILLERY DISTRICT)
Orders can be picked up every day during store hours. See Google for our up-to-date store hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please have your order number and photo ID ready for pickups. All in-stock items are usually ready within 24 hours (sometimes they can be ready in as little as 1 hour!).
For orders shipping to the USA: Due to tariffs charges for customers upon delivery we have temporarily changed shipping methods and charges to include duties and tariffs so that there are no unexpected charges upon delivery. Please note: Due to the significant tariffs/duties charges we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on USA orders. All USA orders are final sale until further notice.
IN-STORE PICKUP FOR PRINT ORDERS
Please note that most of our prints are made to order and may take anywhere from 2-12 days to be ready for pickup. Add 2-8 weeks for any framed pieces. If you're looking to purchase a framed print same-day or next-day please call us so we can show you which ones are in stock.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING FROM TORONTO, ON, CANADA
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Purolator, Canada Post, or UPS. During peak order times please note this fulfillment time may take longer.

See our chart below for standard flat rate prices across Canada. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 (excluding framed prints and large artwork). All orders ship from Toronto. See Ontario and Quebec pricing for lower tiered flat rate shipping. Canada Post will also show automatically calculated rates at checkout so you can choose from Expedited, Xpresspost, or Priority shipping on any order. Minimum order amounts below are exclusive of taxes and discounts.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We currently offer shipping to a range of countries outside of North America. Please enter your address to see available shipping options and pricing through local postal companies.
LOCAL DELIVERY IN TORONTO (SAME-DAY OR NEXT DAY)
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. If you are in a postal code that is eligible for local delivery you will see the Mile1 Accelerated Delivery option. Orders over $100 receive free Mile1 delivery. We try to fulfill all Mile1 deliveries as quickly as possible. Once your order is packaged by our team you will receive an email from Mile1 to schedule your delivery time slot. Same-day and next-day delivery options are usually available, but are dependent on driver availability. Your order will be hand-delivered in our store bag. (Perfect option for direct gift-giving!)

The SPORT Gallery is not responsible for shipping delays once your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the courier.

Should a package be marked as delivered by the courier to the correct address as per the tracking information you receive, The SPORT Gallery does not claim responsibility for the loss. Unfortunately we do not replace nor refund an order once it has been confirmed as delivered.
In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to inaccurate/incomplete shipping information or failure to pickup your order from the carrier please note that shipping is non refundable.
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred on International Shipments.
