Muhammad Ali x Joe Frazier Thrilla in Manila Melton Jacket
Superare x LeRoy Neiman presents the Thrilla in Manila collection.
This, the third fight between Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier would serve as the "rubber match" and go down as one of the most popular fights of a generation.
Taking place in the Philippines, Ali and Frazier fought a grueling contest that saw Ali winning by TKO in the 14th round.
The art surrounding the fight, produced by famed sports artist LeRoy Neiman is famous as well for its vivid brush strokes and rich color palette. One of Neiman's most famous paintings was used for this closed circuit poster advertising the famed fight and for this jacket in the collection.
Truly one of the finest pieces of clothing we've ever produced.
