Though New England would at one point take the lead, Philadelphia would eventually win the day and claim their first Super Bowl rings.
2010 Regular Season Week 15: Miracle at the New Meadowlands

New Meadowlands Stadium, East Rutherford, NJ
Philadelphia scored an amazing 28 points in 7 minutes against rival New York in a comeback now known as the "Miracle at the New Meadowlands." With 14 seconds left in the game, Philadelphia forced New York to punt and New York made the poor decision to punt it to DeSean Jackson. After bobbling the punt, Jackson recovered to return it 65 yards for the touchdown and the win.
1981 NFC Championship: First NFC Title

Veterans Stadium, Philadelphia, PA
Despite being the highest scoring team in the regular season, Dallas could only score a single touchdown against Philadelphia and fumbled five times. Philadelphia RB Wilbert Montgomery was the star of the game rushing for 194 yards and getting this 42-yard rushing touchdown for the first score of the game. Philadelphia beat Dallas handily to secure their first NFC title.

It was the first time Philadelphia had been back to the NFL Championship Game since their back-to-back titles in 1948 and 1949. Philadelphia was ahead by 4 points at the half but fell behind early in the 4th quarter. Ted Dean got an answering touchdown for Philadelphia, and now all they had to do was hold Green Bay on defense. With only seconds left on the clock, Green Bay was at Philadelphia's 22 and a short pass had Green Bay's Jim Taylor running toward the end zone. Chuck Bednarik came up with the game-saving tackle and stayed on top of Taylor until the clock had run down.
